I have a reconstruction made using the I1 symmetry option in relion 2 and I want to export a _data.star file to another software which follow the I4 convention. Therefore I would like to convert from I1 to I4. Is there a program package or script that can do this without redoing the refinement again? Or do I have to roll my own script? If so, anyone who knows which operations I need to apply to the _rlnAngleRot and _rlnAngleTilt to convert between the two formats? (I guess there should not be any other items in the star file that I need to update, right?) Regards, Daniel
