The internet is said to never forget. With the 10-year anniversary of the global financial crisis upon us, I am not so sure. Many of the retrospective articles populating our news streams fail to represent the story as I remembered it. Either some important information has been omitted or misrepresented, or I remembered x happening before y, when they cite the opposite.
