Hi All,

Come and work with us! in the FMRIB Analysis Group, Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging (WIN)!

We are looking to recruit two established Postdoctoral Researchers in mining large neuroimaging data. Your focus in this role will be to develop tools and approaches for mining large, complex neuroimaging datasets. The work will include several key components, such as leading on developing dynamic brain atlases for the study of brain development and ageing, developing and applying multivariate, multimodal data-driven techniques, developing quantitative, biologically interpretable metrics of brain structure, function and connectivity, and linking brain imaging measures to behavioural, phenotypical, and genetic data.

The posts are funded by the National Institute of Health (NIH) as part of the Lifespan Human Connectome Project. The Lifespan HCP is a collaborative effort between Washington University, University of Minnesota, MGH, UCLA, and Oxford, and will map and model human brain circuitry in 1200 children and adolescents and 1200 older adults using high quality diffusion and functional MRI to gain insight into normal brain development and ageing. The post will be based within the Oxford University Centre for Functional Magnetic Resonance Imaging of the Brain (FMRIB). You will be a member of the Analysis research group that forms part of the FMRIB Centre, which is a part of the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging and the University of Oxford. . The group also plays a major part in several large-scale projects, such as the Human Connectome Project and UK Biobank. Further information about the Analysis research group can be found at the following web address: https://www.ndcn.ox.ac.uk/divisions/fmrib/fmrib-analysis-group

We are recruiting for two full-time posts, fixed-term until 31 July 2020.

The closing date for applications is 12.00 noon on Monday 28 August 2017. Interviews will then follow shortly after this date.
