Does anyone know if any of the listed institutions also use the POS
hardware that accompanies shopify? We (at the Serpentine) are currently
moving over to Shopify online and in store, we've been running the POS
system as a pilot at one of our sites, so far no complaints and its a
significant improvement on our previous system (Brightpearl).
Except that we were told the full NPO plan included custom reports and
doesn't.
