Affittasi appartamento a Roma Monteverde per single o coppia – settembre e ottobre 2017.
Sarò all’estero per lavoro per due mesi dal 1 settembre al 31 ottobre e ho deciso di affittare la mia casa durante questo periodo.
E’ un appartamento luminoso e accogliente al terzo piano di una palazzina d’epoca nel quartiere di Monteverde, composto da camera da letto con balcone, soggiorno con balcone (fornito di tavolino con due sedie per mangiare fuori), cucina dove si può mangiare in due e bagno, arredato e attrezzato con ogni comfort. Perfetto per single o coppia.
E’ molto ben collegato con il centro storico, in un quartiere tranquillo e centrale, dotato di ogni servizio e negozi, un grande e bel mercato nelle vicinanze e la magnifica villa Pamphili raggiungibile a piedi. L'appartamento si trova a 200 metri dalla fermata del tram 8, linea molto frequente che collega direttamente con piazza Venezia, nel cuore del centro storico della città.
Una persona di mia fiducia vi accoglierà e sarà a disposizione per aiutarvi per ogni necessità.
Prezzo: 1.100 euro/mese, tutto incluso.
PS: vi sarò enormemente grata se durante il soggiorno vorrete innaffiare le piante. Non è consentito fumare. Animali non ammessi.

Apartment for rent in Rome Monteverde for singles or couples - September and October 2017.
I'll be abroad for work for two months, from September 1 to October 31, and I decided to rent my home during this time.
It is a bright and cosy apartment on the third floor of an early XXth century building in Monteverde neighbourhood, consisting of a bedroom with balcony, a living room with balcony (furnished with table with two chairs to eat outside), a kitchen where two people can eat, and a bathroom, furnished and equipped with every comfort. Perfect for singles or couples.
It is very well connected to the old city centre, in a quiet and central neighbourhood, with all facilities and shops, a great and nice market nearby and the magnificent villa Pamphili within walking distance. The apartment is 200 meters from the tram stop n. 8, a very frequent line that connects directly to Piazza Venezia, in the heart of the historic centre of the city.
A person of my confidence will welcome you and will be available to help you with any need.
Price: 1,100 euros / month, all included.
PS: I will be extremely grateful if during your stay you will want to water the plants. Smoking and pets are not allowed.
