At the University of Wolverhampton we are currently looking at investigating feedback mechanisms with a view to working towards CSE (Customer Service Excellence). We currently rely on comment
slips and verbal feedback from course committee meetings and library staff. We would be very interested to hear what methods other University libraries use to gather feedback.
