Subject: Re: Reminder: Event Invitation (London, Friday 21 July 2017)

Dear Professor Abdou and colleagues

Many thanks for sharing this important event to be held in London.

Please find thereafter the memorial and conuntermemorial beetween Costa Rica and Nicaragua in both oceans "liberated" - as documents - by ICJ this week at the beginning of the public hearings

It is an extremely interesting exercise, in which both States are trying to tdo their best in both oceans to obtain the best result, redrawing the geography of the coasts if necessary

Many lines, many arguments, many projections, many inconsistencies, and wonderful charts and graphics that I´am sure will interest all of you.  It is a pity that such wonderful exercise with two oceans to delimitate didn´t end in a bilateral agreement.
