Dear experts, I want to run One-way ANOVA with 3 groups and two covariates. My design is this: - 3 groups - 2 covariates Group 1 1 0 0 0 0 F1 Group 2 0 1 0 0 0 F1 Group 3 0 0 1 0 0 F1 I run this command: randomise -i <4D_input_data> -o <output_rootname> -d <design.mat> -t <design.con> -f <design.fts> -m <mask_image> -n 500 -T and my outputs are: fstat1.nii.gz tfce_corrp_fstat1.nii.gz tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz tfce_corrp_tstat2.nii.gz tfce_corrp_tstat3.nii.gz tstat1.nii.gz tstat2.nii.gz tstat3.nii.gz Is it correct? What output should I use? And after this command, would I run 3 different T-tests to compare between-groups differences? Thank you in advance, Best regards, Lucas
