We are offering a post-doc position, based at FMRIB in the University of Oxford (now the Wellcome Centre for Integrative Neuroimaging), working on methodology research for the harmonization of neuroimaging datasets.

The main focus of the role will concentrate on developing methods for being able to relate images and derived quantities from a dataset (e.g., HCP, UK Biobank) to images/quantities from other sites, other scanners or using different protocols. This research will ideally encompass methods for investigating bias using specifically acquired harmonization datasets as well as developing tailored image analysis methods to minimize bias and variation. The role will also involve the development of general analytic methods for matching, normalizing and integrating data across studies, using statistical and machine learning approaches.
