Hi,

There's no need to change the version of FSL that you are using.

If the TR is wrongly set in the NIFTI image then you can use the following command to fix it:

fslmerge -tr data_fixed original_data 2.0

where "data_fixed" can be any name (for the output) and "original_data" should be the name of your original image data (the value 2.0 should be set to whatever the TR should be -  2 in your case).
