Dear Anderson, Thank you again for your help with setting up the design and sorry for rolling up this thread again one month later. I just have some short follow-up questions concerning the report of our PALM results: Unfortunately, I am not so acquainted with the statistical jargon here. How would one call this design, is it a kind of Repeated Measures ANOVA with mixed effects? Also, is it necessary to further elaborate on how the EB's are defined? Thanks again for your patience!
