Hello! I'm using FSLnets to compare between network connectivity in two groups (design is a t-test). I'd like to calculate an effect size for the significant connectivity differences, but only have the whole sample mnet and znet, or the matrix containing p-values for my between network, between group comparison. Is there a way to pull out the t-statistic for the significant connections? Best, Jenny
