Hi Lucas,

The design is fine. The contrasts are also fine if the objective is to see if the groups have mean different than zero. If you'd like to compare the groups, use:

1 -1 0 0 0  F2
1 0 -1 0 0  F2

The call to randomise is fine.

All the best,

Anderson

Dear experts,

I want to run One-way ANOVA with 3 groups and two covariates.

My design is this:

- 3 groups
- 2 covariates

Group 1       1 0 0 0 0     F1
Group 2       0 1 0 0 0     F1
Group 3       0 0 1 0 0     F1

I run this command:

randomise -i <4D_input_data> -o <output_rootname> -d <design.mat> -t <design.con> -f <design.fts> -m <mask_image> -n 500 -T

and my outputs are:

fstat1.nii.gz
tfce_corrp_fstat1.nii.gz
tfce_corrp_tstat1.nii.gz
tfce_corrp_tstat2.nii.gz
tfce_corrp_tstat3.nii.gz
tstat1.nii.gz
tstat2.nii.gz
tstat3.nii.gz

Is it correct? What output should I use?

And after this command, would I run 3 different T-tests to compare between-groups differences?

Thank you in advance,
Best regards,

Lucas
