Hi - right, FSLeyes doesn't need X (XQuartz) but all the GUIs do.This works fine on my Mac - seems like you have a problem with your XQuartz install - or maybe just the part where it makes sure that the DISPLAY env variable gets set. Are you trying to open GUIs from a terminal?Cheers. On 7 Jul 2017, at 17:41, Isha Dhingra <[log in to unmask]> wrote:Hi,
I'm unable to launch the feat gui on OSX Sierra. FSL is installed in the correct directory and fsleyes works just find but when I try to launch the gui it gives this error: DISPLAY is not set. Please set your DISPLAY environment variable!
I have installed XQuartz on my system as well.
Thanks,
Isha
