Hi Colin,
You might simply be able to set the TMPDIR environment variable before calling the fslinstaller script, e.g.:
TMPDIR=/home/colin/temp_tmp fslinstaller.py ...
Cheers,

Indeed the /tmp partition, 1.8GB in size, gets filled.
Is there a way of specifying a different location for temporary files ?
BTW, I managed to use the installer in v5.0.9 without encountering this issue.
Any assistance much appreciated,
