Hi all

If you receive a subject access request which only provides the subject’s name, would you as a matter of course search for that subject by their initials or only if the subject asks you to? If not mentioned at the outset, would you go back to a subject and ask if they’d like the search parameters to include a search for them by their initials?

Many thanks

Christine
