Dear Wayne,
Yes. It is showing only one chain in Atom Browser.  I have looked at the
Molecule: Molecules: Mol Systems, it is showing only one chain for the old
Mol System. For example, Chain A for Code  MS1 but not Chain B for  Code
MS2.
