Calling all mathematical scientists: register to attend ESGI130 and help industrialists to solve their real-world problems! Join the University of Warwick and the Smith Institute for Industrial Mathematics and System Engineering for the 130th European Study Group with Industry. Study groups provide a unique opportunity for academics to work with industry to come up with new ideas and potential solutions for real problems. Academic participants with backgrounds in all strands of mathematics are encouraged to attend. The Warwick Study Group will feature different problems that will be amenable to a wide range of mathematical techniques. We are gathering industrial problems of a mathematical nature that need a solution. More details including problem descriptions will be available soon.
