It depends on the final purpose of your analysis but one thing you could do is epoch your data into 'Arbitrary trials' (that's an option in the epoching tool) and then proceed with trial rejection as usual. You could then use these arbitratily epoched data for things like DCM-CSD, scalp-frequency analysis in sensor space or source reconstruction of power.
