Our investment doesn’t stop there. We’re now modernising our records management systems and have an exciting opportunity for a Records Manager to support the rollout of a new SharePoint Platform.
You’ll be responsible for leading the development, implementation and support of policies and processes within the SharePoint project – making sure the system meets business needs, follows best practice and complies with relevant legislation.
Your work will cover planning, development, implementation and testing of the system, as well as delivering specialist professional guidance, training and support.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need proven experience within records management, particularly in developing and implementing new systems. This experience will preferably include experience with SharePoint and work within the higher education sector. You’ll
need up to date knowledge of relevant regulations and best practice.
You’ll also need strong analytical skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and relationship management ability.
