Hi Ben, Thanks for your response; really appreciated. The only thing I would say is that we are using the latest version 4.5.1 and it is still mandatory. I don't think I'll be able to do Adlib Designer work for this Client remotely (I assume that's how you make it non-mandatory). The only feedback I would provide is that fields shouldn't become mandatory unless they absolutely have to be; it creates unnecessary information being inputted and affects the software's usability.
