I would like to perform slice timing correction with custom slice order file ("--ocustom" option in slicetimer). It seems that the file should simply contain the exact acquisition order in one column, one number per row. In other words, if the volume is scanned
in the order of 1 3 5 ... 47 2 4 6 ... 48 (interleaved inferior-superior), the file's content is 1 3 5 ... 47 2 4 6 ... 48 (one number per row); if the volume is scanned in the order of 48 46 44 ... 2 47 45 43 ... 1 (interleaved superior-inferior), the file's
content is 48 46 44 ... 2 47 45 43 ... 1 (one number per row) correspondingly. Is my understanding right?
