It is new passwords. I don’t mind the portal (but I’ve not be able to use it fully so I may change my mind!), it’s the fact that they’ve transferred our data incorrectly for one centre number and not at all for another centre number. To muddy the waters we also have 2 sub centres and Cache have lumped their registration’s/enrolments in to the main centre number info. There is a link to the portal from the main Cache webpage. If you have any other team members that need access you need to set them up too, this was another issue as I don’t see why those users weren’t transferred over to the portal……..

I usually hate the Cache site at the best of times but I don’t think I want to even attempt to go in after everyone’s comments.
I know we had an email a while ago about changes to the Cache system but do we have to have new login’s ? Can you go through to the portal from the cache website. I have been putting off going into Cache for as long as I can but I need to do some claims now.

It looks pretty enough but it's quite obvious that it has not been tested at all. They've just thrown it out there for us the find all the pitfalls for them.
I currently have over a dozen issues reported to them - none of which has been resolved.

OMG....... we were just discussing this and saying surely they must be getting bombarded by complaints from other Centres as well as the all the errors and problems we have reported.
I can share my experiences in more detail if anyone is interested, but suffice it to say - We are Not Amused!

Is anyone else having difficulties with their data since the move from CacheZone to the Portal? We have 2 Cache centre numbers, one has moved over fine, the other one currently doesn’t seem to have any data available at all!! I have complained about the timing of this change over too!
