I like you find the system ok, and am pleased to hear it wasn’t just us who had issues last year.
We have topped some of the students up this year from the Diploma to the Extended but when I am trying to download the results sheet to input the extended results half the students are missing. I contacted UAL and gave them an example so they just added that student!! They didn’t do anything with the other 4 students that were also missing off the form. I went back to them and asked them about the other 4 and now they have advised that I am going to have to go through each class and tell them who is missing so they can click a button at their end to make them appear!
I am heading home for wine!

We use UAL. Last academic was nightmare in receiving certificates. I did not have problem using their quartz website.
What are your current problems. Just that I can prepare myself J

Hi All
Does anyone use UAL at all?
If so how do you find the quartz website and the inputting of results, UAL in general?
We had a number of issues last year with results and certificates and we are starting to download the results sheets for this year and already starting to have issues.
I am staring to have palpitations already worrying that we are going to have the same issues as last year!
