There are two city records storage spots — one called “the vault” and the other referred to as “the attic” — and you might not believe what’s stored there.
Dozens of boxes and binders spilling over with thousands of municipal records, including hand-written City Council minutes, old ward maps, charts, code-enforcement and equal opportunity office paperwork, are packed into an old bank vault on the second floor of the mezzanine area in the Mayor’s Administration Office at Huntington Bank.
