Are you looking to submit your portfolio this autumn, for the last submission round under the old-style Registration scheme? If so, why not book a 'portfolio surgery' session at ARA Conference 2017 in Manchester! The sessions are intended for those who would welcome some extra support for final work on their portfolio before the last deadline for submissions in October 2017. They will provide an opportunity to discuss your portfolio with the Registrar, Tricia Phillips. Sessions will take place on Wednesday 30 and Thursday 31 August. Places are limited and we would ask that you book in advance by contacting Kate Jarman at [log in to unmask] It is envisaged that each session will last for around 40 minutes-1 hour. To make the most of the session, it is recommended that you have your draft portfolio with you. If you are currently enrolled on the Registration Scheme but not ready to submit a portfolio yet, you will be able to submit for assessment as part of ARA's new CPD programme, which will be launched at Conference - Tricia will also be available for general advice for current candidates, and to answer any questions about the change from stand-alone Registration to CPD.
