Dear All,
This doesn’t directly address your query, but one method of recognizing professional excellence is the DProf qualification. At UWTSD, this can be undertaken in
a predominantly blended way, and involves research associated with the professional role. I attach some information which I hope is of interest, and would be happy to respond to any queries.
Kind regards, Christine

Subject: Professional development beyond SFHEA
Dear All
I wonder if you could help...
We are having a discussion at Sheffield about recognition for staff who either are, or perceive themselves to be, beyond SFHEA but not on a career projection that may lead to PFHEA.
Are you familiar with any form of recognition for SFHEA+ through other bodies or your own recognition schemes?
I would be very happy to either treat responses with strictest confidence or to collate responses and circulate.
Best wishes
Nigel
