That page shows lots of references to comment feeds - what you need will be in there somewhere.

There may be an existing app you can borrow from - maybe here https://www.flickr.com/services/apps/search/?q=comment

Does anyone know if it’s possible to download the comments posted to a Flickr page (excluding using Lightroom)? We have a large number of comments posted about photos on our Flickr page and ideally we’d like to download them in one go rather than cut and paste them.
