Hi Eleanor,
We have been creating audio tours for a number of heritage sites - the most exciting ones being those with a strong narrative pull. Ideally the guide is included in the entrance fee.
For the revamped tour of Berlin's Spandau Castle & Citadel and the former submarine bunker "Valentin" we also created audio descriptive tours. Here we also use (point-and-play) triggers to automatically activate the content.
