Dear All

We’re having a quick think about arrangements for the forthcoming HER Forum meeting in Hull on 4th July and specifically how things are likely to pan out regarding the proposed tour of Hull’s historic core on the evening of the 3rd. I’ve received communications from a number of you expressing your interest in attending (for which many thanks). In order to get a fuller picture, however, could I ask any others amongst you who are now in a position to confirm that you will be able to attend, to get in touch with me (preferably off list) by close of play next Tuesday (23-05-17) please? If you could also  include some indication as to whether you would like to join the walking tour on July 3rd that would be great.

With thanks, in anticipation for your assistance.

Nick
