Please see the notice below. Every five years at the Heritage Lottery Fund we recruit a register of specialists who support our staff and applicants by mentoring and/or monitoring the grants we make. We specifically need experts in public engagement skills relating to audience development, learning, interpretation, vocational training and volunteer management.

 

This week we have started the process of procuring the new framework of ROSS (Register of Support Service) consultants that will replace our current arrangement from April 2018. If you are currently a member of our Register you will need to apply. We welcome new applicants.

Dear Sir/Madam,

 

We are pleased to announce that we have published four tender notices in the Official Journal of the European Union for consultants for our Register of Support Service 2018-22.

 

In line with the Government’s policy, we must use e-tendering for advertising and receiving tender bids.  We are using a provider called Delta, to manage this for us.

 

Each tender notice provides  information on how to register your contact details with Delta.  You only need to register as a supplier once.  After that, once the tender-boxes open, at midday on 8^th May 2017, you will need to use the unique access code (also provided in the tender notices) for each of the different tenders below.  You will then be able to view full tender documents, and questionnaires for completion.  In addition, once you have registered with Delta, your details will be available for other potential buyers of services to view.  If you have trouble registering with Delta or using it further down the tender submission process, they have a helpline for suppliers which is 0845 270 7050.

 

We have made significant changes to the way we are procuring consultants.  The first four tenders that must use the OJEU process are given below.  We shall be issuing further tenders for other sectors/specialisms in due course which will be much smaller in scale and hence do not need to follow the OJEU route.
