The warning message is nothing to worry about. 

Do you get the same behaviour over both SSH -X and XRDP? FSLeyes works fine over both connection types in my test environment.

Can you provide more information about your setup? 

 - Client and server OSes
 - Output of glxinfo when logged into the server

It seems to work without problems, except FSLeyes.

We use XRDP and "ssh -X" to connect to the Linux server (RHEL 6) which
hosts FSL. When we start FSLeyes it seems to work alright, but when we
open a file the application freezes.

The application shows this warning:
WARNING       numpymodule.py   30: <module>        - Unable to load
numpy_formathandler accelerator from OpenGL_accelerate.

Does anyone have any idea how to fix this problem?
