Subject: Re: [FSL] Contrast on First Level Individual Analysis

Hi Kim

You'd use [1 1 -2] or [.5 .5 -1]. These two are the same.

All the best,

Anderson

Hello all,

I have a quick questions.
On individual level, I have 3 EVs, male faces, female faces and objects. Now I want to pool male faces and females faces' response and compare them with the objects (so FACES vs OBJECTS). Should I do [1 1 -2] or [0.5 0.5 -1] or [1 1 -1]? Does the first and second contrast set up differ?

Thanks,
Kim
