Dear FSL experts, I would appreciate any input on if/how to run or post-process probtrackx2 output for multiple waypoint files. The goal I'm trying to achieve is to calculate the total number of generated tracts from ONE seed ROI to MULTIPLE target ROIs. For example, for one seed and 5 targets, I'd like to know if there is a way of counting 5 waytotals (each target as individual waypoint) instead of running 5 instances using each target as a waypoint. Thanks in advance!
