Paul,
i found the solution.
It seems that on our server someone compiled a custom version of the
Mesa library.
When i edit bin/fsleyes and put this at the top of the file it works:
export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libGL.so.1:/usr/lib64/libglapi.so.0
This way i force to use the standard libraries instead of the
self-compiled ones.
It works fine this way.
