Where did you get the yellow parcel force labels from?

I’ve been advised by my colleague that we have to query this with Cambridge, apparently there has been some discrepancies. I think we’ll be using white labels on an inner package and put the yellow parcel force one on the outer package.

Good Morning

We have been sent while labels from Cambridge to dispatch are scripts from tomorrows exam. Am  I correct in thinking that we have to arrange our own return of these rather than use the Parcelforce yellow label service.  If I am correct would recorded delivery be sufficient?
