We ran our first AAT Synoptic tests yesterday and it was a nightmare with freezing screens because Secure Assess closed down because it detected that by using excel the exams security was compromised. Spoke to AAT, and was surprised that they were aware of the problems but had a total lack of empathy. In my opinion the test is not fit for purpose and AAT should be held to account

I know some of you have already messaged about the problems with the AAT Level 3 Synoptic test.

Could those who’ve hit these problems reply to this message with a brief outline of the problems.

I feel we have more than enough evidence to challenge AAT over the format of this exam – or at least their total lack of customer support

Many thanks
