We have been running AAT for a number of years now and always have the same issues, screens freezing problems uploading. It’s something I always feedback, but still gets discussed!

We ran ours last week. We encountered one issue that affected two learners where the screen froze between questions. We held the power button in on the computer and set the learners on different computers which
seemed to rectify the issue.

Subject: AAT Synoptic Exams
Hi, we have run the AAT Advanced Synoptic exams for the first time this morning and had a lot of issues – screens freezing, documents not downloading, students not able to access certain spreadsheet functions, etc
Has anybody else run these yet and had similar issues? I’m trying to ascertain whether this is our IT department issue (firewall etc) or an issue with the actual Exam and AAT.
