We do the same as Paul, has to be done in pairs and we give them some refresher training every year, a few issues arise but on the whole they’re fine.

 

I’ve not heard about the bulk upload for this year, it seems to have problems every year so we ignore it!

 

 

 

We’ve allowed the teachers to do this for some time now.  They are told they should do this in pairs to avoid major cock-ups, and to be fair the vast majority of results are fine.

 

The major issues we have found are where they get confused about which dot is which – P, M and D.  And there is usually one teacher who didn’t take enough care last year, and who I will ‘report’ to his manager if he does it again this year!

 

Does anybody know if the bulk upload option will work this year?  It didn’t last summer.

We wouldn’t trust most of our tutors with a TV remote let alone putting BTEC results in……

Hi

 

For the first year I have been asked to allow a small group of tutors to submit marks directly on to Edexcel Online rather than completing the SRF’s,  however I cannot see which rights they need to be able to do this.  Any suggestions would be welcome please.
