Hi Andy We tested your suggested method previously when our development environment was on Q4 2016 CU3, and we couldn’t recreate the issue. Blackboard advised this was fixed in CU3, so presumed all was well. I’ve just tried on Q2 2017 and following your steps, I still couldn’t recreate the issue. However following the instructions within the blackboard known issue (which involves turning notifications off then on again) I was able to recreate in Q2 2017 We are managed hosted. We are finding it is impossible to edit a Blackboard assignment once Delegated marking has been turned on. Steps to replicate: Either * As instructor in a course create an Assignment. * Under Grading options enable Delegated Marking * Submit * Edit the Assignment. * Make any change, or even no change at all - press Submit. Or * As instructor in a course create an Assignment. * Submit * Edit the Assignment. * Under Grading options enable Delegated Marking * Press Submit. You will see error message "Failed to submit Assignment. Please try again." This is the same error message as Failed to Submit Assignment Message Occurs When Trying to Assign Delegated Graders<https://blackboard.secure.force.com/btbb_articleview?id=kA339000000CfHg> Known Issue — Feb 21, 2017 Article #: 000043417 —Error "Failed to submit Assignment. Please try again." when adding Delegated Graders to Assignment. But the Steps to Replicate listed there are different. Blackboard say that this is the Known Issue we are experiencing, and that (contrary to what the page stated previously) this is now targeted to be fixed in 2017 Q4. I just wanted to check if anyone else is seeing this. And how is it affecting those of you who are already running 2016 Q4 in Production (Mark Gamble - have you encountered this?) many thanks Andy Andy Turner TEL Applications Manager, Centre for Quality Support & Development, University of Reading Room 203, Whiteknights House, Whiteknights, Reading RG6 6AH [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> | t: 0118 378 6128 | www.reading.ac.uk<http://www.reading.ac.uk/cqsd/TechnologyEnhancedLearning/> ___________________________________________________________ This email has been scanned by MessageLabs' Email Security System on behalf of the University of Brighton.
