2017 Third IEEE International Conference on Research in Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (ICRCICN - 2017), Kolkata, India, November 03-05, 2017.

Accepted papers will be published in the conference proceedings with an IEEE catalog number #CFP17D01-ART and ISBN number #978-1-5386-1931-5. The proceedings will be submitted for possible publication in IEEE Xplore and indexing by EI Compendex.
Extended versions of selected ​papers will be considered for publication in a special issue of the International Journal of Computers and Applications; Taylor & Francis (Scopus Indexed).

The 2017 Third IEEE International Conference on Research in Computational Intelligence and Communication Networks (ICRCICN 2017) aims to bring together researchers, engineers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in all major areas and interdisciplinary areas of computational intelligence, communication systems, computer networks and soft computing to share their experience, and exchange and cross-fertilize their ideas. ICRCICN 2017 will be held at the cultural city of Kolkata, West Bengal, India. It is organized by the Department of Information Technology, RCC Institute of Information Technology, Kolkata to cater the creation of intelligent solutions in future.

We are pleased to invite you to submit original contributions to ICRCICN-2017 via the EasyChair submission system for the conference https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=icrcicn2017. This can include theoretical, conceptual or technical and experimental work. All submissions will be peer-reviewed on the basis of relevance, originality, importance and clarity.

​Manuscript Guidelines:

​Prospective authors are invited to submit manuscripts reporting original unpublished research and recent developments in the topics related to the conference. It is required that the manuscript (maximum 6 pages) follows the standard camera-ready format (standard format, double column, 10-point font). Submissions must include title, abstract, keywords, author and affiliation with email address. The paper should not contain page numbers.

The ICRCICN organizers regard plagiarism as a serious professional misconduct. All submissions will be screened for plagiarism and when identified, the submissions by the same author will be rejected. A submission SHOULD NOT be intended to get reviews from the Program Committee for the sole purpose of improving on the quality of the paper. A submission implies that the author intends to ultimately register the paper upon a favorable response from the conference organizers. Moreover, ICRCICN doesn't encourage withdrawals after the paper is accepted.

The authors are requested not to prefix their credentials i.e. Dr., Prof., HOD, Mr., Ms., Mrs., Scholar, etc. in authors' name.

Call for Special Sessions/Workshops/Tutorials:
The ICRCICN-2017 organizers invite proposals for Special Sessions/Workshops/Tutorials in tune with the theme of the conference from eminent scientists and researchers to enrich the quality of the conference. Prospective proposers should submit their proposals mentioning the title of the proposal, the logistic requirements along with their brief CV supported with a list of TPC members if they are proposing a special session. It may be noted that a special session will only be held if at least 20 papers get accepted for the session. Hence it is the responsibility of the proposer to ensure enough number of papers for his/her session.
