Mae Cyngor Sir Caerfyrddin yn ymchwilio i'r opsiwn o greu storfa ‘agored’ ar gyfer casgliadau amgueddfeydd i gyfuno casgliadau sy'n cael eu storio mewn sawl lleoliad, er mwyn gwella'r
dull o reoli casgliadau a galluogi'r cyhoedd i weld y casgliadau sydd yn y storfa. Rydym yn chwilio am ymgynghorydd i gynnal asesiad o anghenion y gwasanaeth o ran storio casgliadau nawr ac yn y dyfodol; ymchwilio i'r opsiynau ar gyfer diwallu'r anghenion
hynny; rhesymoli'r casgliadau; a darparu adroddiad manwl i lywio'r gwaith dylunio, cynlluniau gwaith a cheisiadau am gyllid.
Rydym yn gwahodd mynegiannau o ddiddordeb mewn cynnal yr astudiaeth hon erbyn 13 Ebrill 2017, gyda dyddiad dechrau targed o fis Mai.
Dylai mynegiannau o ddiddordeb nodi'r ffioedd a'r treuliau disgwyliedig ac amcangyfrif o'r amserlen i gwblhau'r gwaith. Dylai ceisiadau gynnwys CV yr ymgynghorydd arweiniol a chadarnhau a fydd unrhyw gydweithwyr yn rhan o'r gwaith. Byddem yn croesawu unrhyw

Consultancy Brief to inform the development of a Carmarthenshire Museums Service Collections Centre
Carmarthenshire County Council is examining the option of establishing an ‘open’ museum collections store to consolidate collections stored in multiple locations, to improve collections management
and to enable public access to collections in store. We are seeking a consultant to undertake an assessment of the service’s current and future collections storage needs; to examine options for meeting those needs; to undertake collections rationalisation;
and to provide a detailed report to inform design, work plans, and funding applications.
We are inviting expressions of interest to undertake this study by 13 April 2017 with a target start date of May. Expressions of interest should
indicate anticipated fees and expenses and an estimation of timescale to completion. Applications should include a CV for the lead consultant and confirmation whether any associates will be involved. Any supporting information regarding relevant experience
