Dear MECCSA Colleagues:

Creativity surpasses the boundaries of disciplines, cultures, and professions; in the UK, people who research creativity do so in wide-ranging fields. I'm co-hosting a daylong conference next month designed to let us find out more about each other's work.

Crossing Creativity is the theme of this University of Westminster Creativity Research Symposium on Thursday 25 May. It's aimed at researchers from varied disciplines with the goal of bringing together diverse points of view to render a comprehensive picture of creativity study in the UK.

Featured speakers include Natascha Radclyffe-Thomas, University of the Arts London; Lambros Malafouris, University of Oxford; and the other co-host, David Gauntlett, University of Westminster.

The event is free, and you're invited. There's more information and a full programme at http://www.crossingcreativity.com/. And if you have colleagues you think would find this interesting, please forward this email. Thanks for reading.

Best regards,

Mary Kay Culpepper
