Liam Earney will introduce the session which will present Jisc's latest initiatives relevant to both libraries and those who serve libraries. Siobhán Burke will begin the session with an overview of the programme of activity underway to transform our library support services including redevelopment of the Jisc Collections website. Jo Lambert will outline the latest JUSP initiatives to improve access to and management of e-resource usage data for participating libraries. Helen Blanchett will cover open access services developments and finally, Mark Williams will explain the upcoming Managed Service UK federation IdP offering from Jisc, which is aimed at institutions who wish to explore the outsourcing of the technical aspect of their UK federation participation.
