I connect to the cluster via Bitvise SSH Client and Xming Server. I know that our cluster does not have hardware GPU.

FSLeyes requires OpenGL (it will work with a software GL driver), and also requires FreeGLUT - this will be available via your package manager.

Furthermore, if you are using FSLeyes over an SSH/XQuartz session, you will need to configure XQuartz to allow GLX - details are here:
