Hi Mahmoud,

I have no experience with XMing, but you will probably need to play around with its settings - see this page:

Cheers,

Paul

Hi Paul,

Linux node3.cluster 3.10.0-327.13.1.el7.x86_64 #1 SMP Thu Mar 31 16:04:38 UTC 2016 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I connect to the cluster via Bitvise SSH Client and Xming Server. I know that our cluster does not have hardware GPU.

Thank you!
Mahmoud

Hi Mahmoud,

What operating system are you using?

How are you calling FSLeyes? (e.g. is this running locally, over SSH/X11, in VNC, etc..)

Hi Maarten,

FSLeyes requires OpenGL (it will work with a software GL driver), and also requires FreeGLUT - this will be available via your package manager.

Furthermore, if you are using FSLeyes over an SSH/XQuartz session, you will need to configure XQuartz to allow GLX - details are here:

Hello,

Many thanks for fsl 5.0.10 and the long awaited fsleyes! However, in an attempt to make fsleyes run on our local cluster we are running into a fatal error. See the screenshot below. The swrast libraries are installed though. Are there any special requirements regarding graphics cards or drivers that fsleyes needs? Does it need hardware openGL rendering?

Trying to run fsleyes in a session that support VirtualGL equally results in a freeze:
