Thank you Anderson! Could you then clarify how to interpret the results from the contrast that was used (i.e., [1 -1 0 0 0]) on the Left_minus_right.nii.gz dataset? It appears that I am simultaneously testing the 2 conditions using that contrast which is ideal so I would like to confirm this from an FSL expert... Many thanks for going through this!
