Dear all, This is Usman, I am a PhD student and I am using FSL to preprocess some fMRI data of my experiment. Just to give you a background, each subject's data in the experiment comprises of four 4D NifTi images (obtained in four different runs) with 900 volumes each, and I want to align them to the first run. Currently when I look at these images in fslview, I find them to be a little bit misaligned, I want them to be perfectly aligned for my decoding analysis. Thanks,
