Dear FSL users,
I am correcting my functional data with topup and I am getting very good results. To double check my analysis I would like to go back to my distorted data and do the analysis again.
My problem is that my ROI’s are drawn on the undistortet set. Is there a quick way to use the topup output to put the ROI’s back to the distorted space?
