Hello to all.  I am Eileen Ariza, Ed.D., from Florida Atlantic University, Boca Raton, Florida, USA. My colleagues and I are conducting a study of teachers of migrants/refugees in Malta and other countries for the purpose of discovering teachers’ perceptions of language, cultural identity (both theirs and their migrant/refugee students), and instructional conditions. As a result of this study, we hope to be able to identify and make recommendations for more effective instructional strategies.

This study has been approved by Florida Atlantic University Institutional Review Board (IRB # 1022917-1]
