Note that respondents have to identify which specific paragraph of an
article has a derogation; I give a list out at my GDPR session (next one in
Edinburgh and London), so if anyone wants this list email me.
I note that the Government has nothing to say about the derogations (of
which there are 50+); unlike many GDPR consultants nowadays who offer GDPR
compliance.
I also note that the Theme 6 - Third Country Transfers fails to mention the
UK will be a Third Country if the Brexiteers in charge of Government policy
get their way.
